The Robeez Story
Our story began in 1994. Wishing to spend more time with her 18-month old son Robert, Sandra Wilson looked for an opportunity to start a home-based business. She found her inspiration in Robert’s tiny feet. After handcrafting a pair of brightly colored, soft-soled leather shoes, she soon discovered that these shoes were more than just colorful designs. They actually helped her son as he learned to walk. The soft soles allowed Robert to feel the floor as he toddled around, and improved his balance. And they helped Mom too, because no matter where he went, they always stayed on. True to her inspiration, Sandra named the shoes after her son and Robeez was born.
Starting with just a few pairs of shoes from a home in Vancouver, BC, Robeez has grown to become a beloved name in baby shoes across the world. At the heart of the brand, is the promise, “creates moments you can delight in”. It’s in these special moments that we find our inspiration.
